Wellton brand WTG-series pigment pastes has a wide range of application, it can be printed on cotton, linen, viscose fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber and mixed various fiber. It is suitable to be printed on leather, wood, paper and artificial leather etc. and used as coloring agent in water miscible materials such as inner wall coating, cement, soap, detergent, cosmetics and pulp etc.

Attention:
The requirements of our company in the whole process of manufacturing the G-series textile printing pigment pastes are very strict. We use chromatograph for inspection to control the quality when raw materials enter into factory, pigments are synthesized, pigment pastes are produced and finished products are packaged. However, one is not sure to produce safe pigment pastes even when he has the pigments free of forbidden substances. Therefore, the following must be pointed out to pay attention:
(1) Before using the WTG-series pigment pastes, all of the equipment and tools must be cleaned.
(2) WTG-series pigment pastes may not be used in mixture with the 8000-series products of our company.
(3) Avoid contacting with other products containing forbidden aromatic amine when in use.
(4) When other additives are necessary to use, those additives containing forbidden aromatic amine may not be selected.
Storage:
Wellton brand WTG-series textile printing pigment pastes ought to be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place and avoid contacting with acid materials. After taking out the product for use, the lid of the container must be covered tightly to prevent the product from contacting with air for a long time, so that the particle aggregation and skinning on the surface is avoided. The proper storage temperature is 0-40℃, neither too hot nor too cold. After stored for a long time, slight precipitation of partial particle in the pastes is a normal phenomenon, the pastes may be used as normal after thoroughly agitated. It does not effect on the quality.
Shelf life: two years
