APPLICATION〕
Processing colour master batch for PP fine yarns; PP、PE high-grade communication cable; PE powder painting;PE films and PP、PE injection. The quality of all the products is homologated through adopting the standard of world famous company.While using blend the products with PP or PE carrier(prwder form is better) and granulate, the colour master batch withideal result will be prepared.

During processing, no disperser is needed alone, but some lubricate agents are demanded according to equipment.

To produce colour master batch with different Melting Flow Rate(MFR)just choose PP or PE with diffrernt MFR and appropriate processing condition to granulate.

If blended with synthetoc test in high-speed blender、shorter the blending time, choose the lowest blending speed and keep the temperature lower in order to avoid conglomeration by beating during blending and affect by blending rsult.

While granulating, keep the temperature of feed materials entrance under 60°C to avoid the feed materials conglomerated by beating at the entrance and guarantee the feed materiald entered smoothly.

The consumer must guarantee some amounts of the products to granulating in order to get rid of producing the colour difference. Second time granulating can be conducted while needing.

Taking care of lot number while using. Better to use the same lot number products at one time so that colour difference can de avoided.

〔TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE〕
It is packed by kuaft paper and woven compound bag outer, lined with HDPE bag inside 20kgs/bag net.

During transportation and storage, it should be kept moisture away. Moistured Pre-disperse Pigment can be used again druing and the qualiy will not be affected (at abiyt 70°C, ventilating and drying).

Using up while the bag is un covered, otherwise airtight the bag immediately and keep ash and impurity away.

NC Chips:
NC predispersion pigment chips are predispersion based pigments in both RS and SS grade nitrocellulose, which are used in combination with other resins for flexographic and rotogravure inks, coating and cosmetic applications. Inks made from NC dispersion pigment chips have the excellent transparency, gloss and resistance of scrub and rub.

Printing Inks: Aluminum foils, Glassine, Paper & paper board, Cellulose film, OPP, Polythene or polypropylene

Acrylic predispersion pigment chips are 100% solids pigment dispersion in water soluble styrenated acrylic resin, which can be used to formulate water based inks and coatings with the excellent transparency and gloss. These chips are soluble in a combination of water, alkali (ammonia or another amine), with high flexibility in the formulation of waterborne printing inks and coatings.
